Day 2 UK International Arrival From Green Zoned Countries Home Testing Kit

When will my kits arrive?

All testing kits are sent via Royal Mail 1st class signed for, so please allow up to 3 working days for your kits to be delivered.

When should I take my tests?

Once you arrive into the UK, this day is classed as ‘Day 0’ and your day 2 test can be taken anytime from that day up until day 2. Day 5 should be when you complete your ‘Test to release’ test if you are doing so. Then on day 8 (or after), you should complete your Day 8 testing kit.

What if my kits don’t arrive at my address?
Once you have ordered your kits, they will be automatically processed for delivery. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there can be disruption to services with most delivery couriers, including Royal Mail, because of this we recommend ordering your kits with plenty of time.
If your kits for any reason should not arrive on time, please wait and take the samples as soon as you can. Your quarantine and results will not be affected at all.
Please take into consideration national holidays (or any holiday where postal services will be closed or delayed) and order with extra time.
If you have missed your delivery, you should be left a card in the post to collect / re-arrange your delivery.
How will I know my results?

Once you have sent your samples off, you should wait for an email directly from the Laboratory, they will email you with the results. This may take a few days.
